Hurrah loyal readers! The Forever After Images blog is famous!

Check out the latest issue (November) of Professional Photographer Magazine where this here lovely blog is used as an example of how to inject a bit of personality into a wedding photography business.

I love chatting away about the weddings I shoot on my blog. Not only is it a great way to show some of my favourite images from each wedding, but I get to tell a bit of the story behind each of the photos and about the wonderful people I photograph. Hopefully it is also interesting for you to keep coming back and seeing what I've been up to as well!

Perfect Wedding Magazine Feature - Rob & Michelle

Rob and Michelle's fab wedding from March earlier this year is featured in the current issue of Perfect Wedding Magazine - the top selling wedding mag in the UK.

Sadly the magazine did manage to get my business name completely wrong - which wasn't so bad until I noticed that the website address they'd given was also wrong. Argh! Never mind, it was still nice to see some of the pictures in print! :)

Professional Photographer Magazine - profile feature

I'm very pleased that this month I'm in Professional Photographer Magazine again. This issue I have a four page feature (that I wrote myself no less!) as a "Day in the Life" article. The piece focuses on 24 hours during my Venice shoot in April this year, and gives you a behind the scenes look at all the goings on (plus lots of pics)!

Here are a few scans, but if you want to read it without straining your eyes you'll have to pop out to WHSmiths and nab yourself a copy!

Professional Photographer Magazine - Front Cover!

Hurrah! This month sees the publication of my first front cover - and it's one of my all time favourite images!

Professional Photographer Magazine are running several features about unique wedding ideas this month, and they contacted me to feature Alex and Emily on the front. It makes such a striking cover and I am really pleased with it!

Inside there is also a little feature on me and my trash the dress shoots.

Your Essex Wedding Magazine

One of our vintage wedding photographs is featured in Your Essex Wedding Magazine this month as part of an article by award winning makeup artist Sarah Brock, who worked with us on the shoot. Thanks to Kirstie from Flo & Percy for the scan!

Lee up for an Award!

We are home from our holiday!

We had a fab time in Tuscany - and I shall be posting all about that over the next few days!

We were also really pleased to hear some amazing news that while we were away Lee was made finalist for 2008 Bright Sparc young technology entrepreneur of the year! This was for his work creating backup software for Forever After Images! The awards ceremony (at which we will hear whether he won!) is in a couple of weeks, so we will keep you posted. Congratulations to my very clever hubby!

AOL feature

Thought y'all might be interested to see some of my latest images have been featured on AOL, which is rather cool! Some of my vintage 1950s style images were chosen to feature on AOL's specialist wedding site Aisledash. They've just published an article which focuses on the benefits of finding your wedding photographer via Flickr and you can read my wisdom on the subject in the feature too! Check out the article!

Sarah and Euryn's wedding featured in Wedding Ideas

Congrats to Sarah and Euryn whose wedding I photographed in Bolton. Their wedding is one of those featured in the latest issue of Wedding Ideas Magazine in newsagents now!

Perfect Wedding Magazine feature

Lee and I are very excited for Ian and Kate Woods, whose lovely Oxford wedding at St Aldates Church is featured in the latest issue of Perfect Wedding magazine - the number one selling bridal mag in the UK! I photographed Ian and Kate's wedding back in September, and it is really lovely that they were able to get this great reminder of their day just two days before their very first Valentines as a married couple!
